Flashscore Fixed Tips Today - FIXED MATCHES FOOTBALL

A month ago I wrote here that I had relapsed and lost 2K. I felt depressed and angry at my self for relapsing for the 200th probably.. it was not even about the money anymore just dissapointed in myself. I hate gambling because it makes me feel stuck in life, so many times I have setup goals for myself and then I would stop executing them because I would of had lost so much money that night... because at that moment your like F that goal.. this pain is unreal and what now so you just skip it everytime....
I have been gambling for about 8 years and I have probably tried to quit about 150- 200 times.. 17 september was my day 1, now finally I have achieved a first big mile stone for myself. One month is alot to me, its my all time high personal record. I have achieved alot this month, more then what I expected too be honestly.. I am not gonna be ungratefull and throw this beautiful month away. Money is not worth my sanity, I’m sick and tired of these relapses. Here are some of my tips that I hope can help you out.
1)Try to find and understand your urgue and how you gamble and why you gamble and be true to your self about it. My urges always came from sportsbetting. I had this habbit that I would check my phone 10 times a day easily on livescore websites like flashscore.com. This created urges for me through out the day over and over and over again. I would be able to fight them the first few days because your still in pain from your relapse so your motivated but as time goes by, it gets harder. So what I basically did was disable these type of websites (and gambling websites in general) on my phone so that I would never know who played on that day and this made my urges 10 times smaller.. I am not joking, it made it so much easier to get through this month and to actually FOCUS on life and do this that matter in order to proper recover from my losses instead of having fantasies about the next bet hoping that it will solve your problems. The issue that I had personally was that I would never lose that much with sportsbetting because I would not bet that crazy, my problem was when I would have to wait for the next match to play in a few hours.. I would go live dealer a “little bit” and that would get out of controll.. I never have urges to play live blackjack, its just when I have some sportsbets on and no matches are playing.. then they accure.. so thats tip one.
2)They say time heals all wounds.. this is true but to an extend. You cannot sit on your ass and expect things just to get better. If you want to get quicker out of this non depression state after you just lost some money then accept what has been day and get out there in the real world and hustle to make up for that. This way it will heal much and much quicker and also motivate you not to gamble again as you start to realise that you can actually accomplish greatness without this decease.
3) Be active in this forum, help others. Read other stories and try to post your days everyday (it helps for alot of people). I know for a fact that if I knew earlier about this forum that I probably would’ve quit much sooner then 8 years. All these years I felt alone, ofcourse I told people about it but they never really understood like you guys. Thank you.
4) Ofcourse self exclude from all websites. Listen if you don’t do this simple step, if you hesitate. Then my friend you are not ready to actually quit. You’ve got to be willing to do everything that it takes to become successfull in quiting.
5) When life hits you.. deal with it. Learn not to turn to gambling to “fix” your problems. It can be something as stupid as a parking ticket, hey let me win this 100 euro quick for this parking ticket to match it? No, listen to me. Its not worth risking your SANITY for a fucking parking ticket. Deal with it like every other normal person, stop looking for the easy way out whenever life gets though.
6) Be cautious ALWAYS. What I mean is, do not think just because you have X amount of days that your cured! I’ve seen people relapse after a year of being gambling free! Always be sharp and focussed to fight these urges as you were on day 1 of your journey. Always be ready, never let in.. never let your guard down!! A small bet as even 5 euro can get you hooked up and you will be back to square 1.
7) Money.. when it comes to gambling, can be a joke sometimes. During my last relapse, I lost 2k. I said to myself if I win this back I would stop and start with day 1 again. Let me tell you, I won probably 5 times my initial loss back untill I lost it all again then really had no chance of getting it back as all my online access money was back. We need to stop lying to ourself. The money from gambling.. is never enough. It makes you lose the value and appreciation of real money.. I stepped away a bit from being so obsessed about it so that I can focus on recovery and I actually made more this month then every other month this year.. why you ask? Because my mind was so much more clear through out my days.. I could focus on my work much easier with less effort (thats how it felt) because I was less stressed and did not think about the next bet and BS. Money adds value to your life, it helps it. But it is not your life at the end of the day. There are more important things, stop losing your mind and sanity over money and gambling. I know how bad these relapses and these losses can get into people’s head.. don’t ever put your self in a position to risk feeling like that ever again.

Like you get push notifications for a yellow card, sending off penalty, corner e.t.c. rather than just the basic goal scored and half time/full time whistle.

Hello all,
I've been a member of this subreddit for a while, and have it to thank for so much of my success while betting. Those who are much, much more experienced than myself advised picks, and helped my organise my bankroll effectively.
I thought it would be good to give something back to the community, so I have compiled a short list of "top tips" for beginners to improve the likelihood of making more money.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a serious bettor, as per my flair. I do this for fun and to make a small income with money that is superfluous to my needs.
1. Understand the terminology
Understanding where your money is going is so important to know before you jump in. This sub has an expansive list of terminology for you to look at and learn. Pay particular attention to Asian Handicap betting, as most tend to get confused.
2. Choose a bookmaker
This will depend on your country of origin of course, but I will assume most here and from the UK. My personal favourite is Bet365, as they have the most markets of any bookmaker in the UK, at the expensive of a tiny bit of value. They also run the risk free inplay bets which are the best offers on the market, and if you are moving a lot of money on the account, you get a £5 free bet from them sporadically as and when they like.
Important- make the most of the sign up deals!
You will see all bookmakers offer a deal to new customers, for example place a £10 bet and get £30 in free bets to use. Even if you only open an account to make use of these bets and never touch it again, it's worthwhile.
Whichever you pick, my advice would be to stick with them for all your bets, so you can track your wins and losses more easily.
3. Don't actually start betting right away!
The temptation is there to jump straight in and follow a pick on here blindly. Don't!
Always research EVERY bet you make before hand. The best site in my opinion to use is Flashscore, which also has an iOS App for mobile users. Here you will find a plethora of information on each team, the previous results, form and stats.
4. Bankroll effectively
Never, ever bet more than you can afford to lose. This is a short road to ruin.
Dedicate money from your income to betting, for example £100 starting money per month or per year. Using that £100, and that 100 only, break down the amounts in units, which can then be staked separately.
For example, if I consider each pound as a unit, and I want to bet £10 on a game, I would be effectively using 10 units. The real effectiveness of unit measurement is when you combine it with the odds of the pick you are choosing. For example if I aim to make £10 net profit per pick no matter what I bet on, I can adjust my units effectively to maintain this.
If the odds are 1.4, I divide my goal (10) by the odds (1.4) to see how many units I need to bet (7.14).
5. Avoid certain types of betting
People often debate the usefulness of accumulators. You might have seen a big win on twitter, when a 1000/1 bet comes in and think "I can do that."
Accumulators are NOT an efficient tool for earning sustainable long term income from betting
That isn't to say don't do them at all. I often place an accumulator on the BPL each weekend to increase my enjoyment and see if I can get lucky. It's always £1 so there's not much loss.
My favoured betting technique is betting big on low odds. I often place high unit stakes on odds 1.4 or less, amounting to a small amount of profit. This of course is risky, but each person differs.
6. Don't chase losses
You are going to have big days, and you're going to have shit days. The main message here is do not make a knee jerk reaction to losing a bet. If you start throwing more than you can afford to lose in order to recoup losses, it can get seriously messy. Take a break if you are on a slide, jump on someone else's picks who is on a hot streak.
7. Share the love
My final point. If you find a great pick, fully researched, share it on this subreddit! We are all a team going against the rich bookie, the more of us winning the better! There are a lot of great tipsters on here, make use of the resources they provide and thank them if you win!

There's a number that show the 1x2 bets on down the line, but I haven't found one that does what I need it to: seeing totals odds on the gamut of matches. Mostly this is because I want to exploit smaller markets but don't want to click on each match in FlashScore and check the odds for each and every one. Someone have any tips? Thanks
